REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Because every item is personalized specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives damaged.
• The wrong product was received.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

If there is a problem, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please include:

• Order Number
• Photos of the item
• Description of the issue

If approved, we will:

• Replace the item at no cost, or
• Issue a full refund.

We cannot offer refunds for:

• Incorrect photos uploaded by customers
• Misspelled names entered during checkout
• Buyer’s remorse
• Color differences caused by screen settings
